About the treatment
We start by signing the health declaration and the treatment agreement. The treatment itself takes an average of 10 minutes.
The doctor uses an ultra-thin needle to give five to ten injections per side and massages the area.

Before the treatment
Start taking Arnica drops (10 drops 3x per day) 5 days before the treatment to prevent bruising.

After the treatment
The injected area can be cooled after the treatment; cool packs are available at the clinic.
Exercising is not allowed until four hours after the treatment.
On the day of the treatment: no makeup on the injected area. Do not massage the injected skin. Do not go to the sauna for up to three days after the treatment. Appointments at the beautician for a scrub, laser, microdermabrasion, or other invasive facial treatments can be scheduled again two weeks after the cheek filler treatment. -
Recovery time
Filling the cheeks is a treatment with little recovery time. Some swelling or bruising may occur; these will disappear naturally within a few days.

Safety
Hyaluronic acid is one of the building blocks of the skin. It ensures better hydration and elasticity of the skin. The body recognizes hyaluronic acid, and because of this, the chance of an allergic or foreign body reaction to a hyaluronic acid filler is extremely small. If a small accumulation or asymmetry has developed in the face after the treatment, you don’t need to worry. This can usually be massaged away easily. Furthermore, hyaluronic acid is the only filler that can be actively dissolved. We provide you with a customized result and can dissolve any excess filler with Hyason if necessary.
