About the treatment
The treatment is extremely simple. The doctors at Dikrama Clinics inject Juvenus / PhilArt into the skin, after which it spreads naturally to the surrounding skin. For facial treatment, a distribution of 2 ml over 20 points (10 per side of the face) is sufficient. This treatment is also ideal for other areas with skin sagging and aging, such as hands, neck, and décolletage. The treatment frequency is approximately once every 6 months, though more frequent sessions are always possible. Minimally invasive, a quick total beauty boost!

Before the treatment
In principle, anesthesia is not necessary for a Juvenus / PhilArt treatment. We apply a fast-acting numbing spray to the skin beforehand. You can start taking Arnica drops (10 drops 3x a day) 5 days before the treatment to help prevent potential bruising (not strictly necessary).

After the treatment
The injected area is massaged by the practitioner to help the liquid spread better. The skin can be cooled after the treatment; cool packs are available at the clinic. Exercise is not permitted for up to four hours after the treatment. Do not apply makeup to the injected area on the day of the treatment. Avoid saunas for up to three days after the treatment. You are welcome to massage the injected skin yourself.

Recovery time
A treatment with Juvenus / PhilArt leaves little to no trace. Immediately after the treatment, (red) bumps may be visible at the injection sites. Most redness and bumps disappear within 30 minutes. Some bumps may be visible or palpable for a bit longer and usually disappear within 48 hours. There is also a small chance of a bruise. You may camouflage this with makeup the day after the treatment. It is not necessary to take time off work or avoid social activities for a Juvenus / PhilArt treatment.

Result duration
On average, you can enjoy the stunning results of this treatment for 6 months. The duration of the result can vary per person, as everyone is different. The doctors at Dikrama Clinics recommend repeating the initial treatment twice with 3 to 4 weeks in between, and then maintaining a treatment frequency of once every 6 months. More frequent sessions are, of course, always possible. This way, you will enjoy the treatment for the longest time!
Safety
Polymerized polynucleotides (PDRN) are stripped of antigens and proteins, making the chance of an allergic/immunological reaction minimal. If a small accumulation or asymmetry has developed in the face after the treatment, there is no need to worry. This can usually be massaged away easily and will disappear on its own.
