Exercise is not allowed for up to four hours after the treatment. You should not lie down for the first two hours after the treatment.

No, the neck muscle (platysma) is a very large muscle. We only treat the overactive part. We do not treat the back neck muscles with this treatment. You will notice that the neck actually looks tighter, calmer, and younger.
