Before the treatment
If you are visiting Dikrama Clinics for the first time, we ask you to fill out a medical questionnaire. After that, the doctor disinfects the forehead and marks the injection points. An average of six to eight Botox injections are needed for the desired result when treating wrinkles in the forehead.

After the treatment
Exercise is not allowed for up to four hours after the treatment. However, we do advise you to actually use the forehead muscle after the treatment, as this helps the Botox distribute better across the muscle. Please note: you must NOT lie down for two hours after the Botox treatment.

Recovery time
There is no recovery time for this treatment. Were you treated during your lunch break? Then you can go straight back to work! If a small bruise develops after the treatment, you can easily camouflage it with makeup.

Duration of results
Within two to fourteen days after the treatment, the treated muscle relaxes, resulting in a softening of your wrinkles. For deeper grooves in the forehead, Dikrama Clinics advises combining the forehead treatment with Botox with a filler and returning after two to four weeks to discuss a possible follow-up treatment with the doctor. Dikrama Clinics works according to the "less is more" philosophy and will always strive for the most natural result possible.
Safety
Botulinum Toxin or Botox is an extremely safe medication. Botulinum Toxin falls under the Medicines Act; before the product was admitted to the market, years of research were conducted into its effectiveness, side effects, and complications.
