We are available on workdays from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM and on Saturdays from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
Cancellation
If you are unexpectedly unable to attend your appointment, we kindly ask you to cancel 48 hours in advance.
Medical emergencies
For medical emergencies, we are normally reachable at our own number.
After office hours, medical emergencies can be reached at 088 – 787 89 63.
What you can expect from us
Prior to the treatment, a consultation with a cosmetic doctor always takes place.
During the free intake interview, your wishes, our method, and realistic possibilities will be discussed with you.
A unique treatment plan is created for each person. Expect honest, tailor-made advice from us. If you would like to schedule an intake interview followed immediately by a treatment, please indicate this when making your appointment. Sufficient time will then be scheduled.
At the clinic, we ask you to fill in your personal details, including your BSN number.
This data is processed in your digital file. This is a legal requirement.
Prior to the treatment, we ask you to fill out a medical questionnaire and sign the treatment agreement(s).
We only treat individuals over 18 years of age.

Please note: Dikrama Clinics shares the entrance with BEAUTY BOOST Beauty Salon.
In the immediate vicinity of Dikrama Clinics, you can park in one of the various parking garages. The nearest parking garage is La Vie next to De Bijenkorf (3 min walk). In addition, there are several other parking garages within walking distance:
- Paardenveld
- Springweg
- Hoog Catharijne
Note: in the city center/station area and around Dikrama Clinics, navigation does not work well. We recommend setting your navigation to the La Vie parking garage.
If you are coming by train:
- Get off at Utrecht Central Station
- Leave Hoog Catharijne via the Vredenburgplein exit
- Cross Vredenburgplein diagonally in a northerly direction
- Walk into the side street Zakkendragerssteeg (at the Sacha shoe store on the corner)

Complaints or disputes committee
If you have complaints about or disputes with one of our doctors, we ask you to make these known to us. We will do our utmost to reach a suitable solution. If, in your opinion, this has not been successful, there is the possibility to contact DOKh.
