The process of the hyaluronic acid filler treatment

Before the treatment
Start taking Arnica drops 5 days before the treatment (10 drops 3x per day) to prevent bruising.

After the treatment
The injected area can be cooled after the treatment; cool packs are available at the clinic. Exercise is not permitted for up to four hours after the treatment. On the day of the treatment: no makeup on the injected area, no alcohol. Do not massage the injected skin. Do not wear glasses for the first 2 days. Do not go to the sauna for up to three days after the treatment. Do not undergo intensive facial (skincare) treatments, such as laser, peeling, or scrubbing, in the first two weeks.

Recovery time
This nose correction with fillers takes very little time and there are little to no traces of the treatment visible (afterwards). A small bruise may occur, which you can cover with makeup the next day. Slight swelling is also possible; this usually disappears after 2-3 days.

Duration of results
On average, one can enjoy a (filler) nose correction treatment for 12 months.
Safety
Hyaluronic acid is one of the building blocks of the skin. It ensures better hydration and elasticity of the skin. The body is familiar with hyaluronic acid, making the chance of an allergic or foreign body reaction to a hyaluronic acid filler extremely small.
If a small accumulation or asymmetry has developed in the face after the treatment, there is no cause for concern. This can often be massaged away easily. Furthermore, hyaluronic acid is the only filler that can be actively dissolved. We provide everyone with a tailored result and can dissolve any excess filler with Hyason if necessary.
